Cancellations received within 30 days prior to departure may be eligible to receive a full refund less a $50 service fee. Cancellations received within 2 weeks days prior to departure may be eligible to receive a partial refund less a $50 service fee.

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted only via e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  • All refund requests must be made by the booker’s primary contact or credit card holder.
  • Refund requests must include the name of the card holder.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

NO REFUND FOR UNUSED ARRANGEMENTS AND MINIMUM PASSENGER REQUIREMENTS

As Anthrotourist Travel Co.’s tour prices are based on contract rates, there will not be any refund for any unused portion of a tour. Some group tours are based on minimum numbers of passengers traveling; if the number of passengers falls below the minimum required, a surcharge may be imposed or the tour may be canceled.
