REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Cancellations received within thirty (30) days prior to departure may be eligible to receive a full refund less a $150 USD service fee. Cancellations received within two (2) weeks prior to departure may be eligible to receive a partial refund less a $350 USD service fee.

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted only via email, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
  • Special consideration will be given to emergencies of travelers or immediate family members including spouse, child(ren), or parent(s) with written documentation.

NO REFUND FOR UNUSED ARRANGEMENTS AND MINIMUM PASSENGER REQUIREMENTS

As Anthrotourist Travel’s tour prices are based on contract rates, there will not be any refund for any unused portion of a tour. Some group tours are based on a minimum number of passengers traveling; if the number of passengers falls below the minimum required, a surcharge may be imposed or the tour may be canceled.
